Return Policy

At NiZi, we understand the importance of being confident in your purchase. Our 3-Day Return Policy allows you to return your product within 3 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Once the product is returned, we will provide a full refund, deducting ₹1,000 per product plus making charges towards delivery and processing charges.

Exceptions to the 3-Day Return Policy

This policy is not applicable in the following instances:

  1. Exchanged Orders:
    • You may exchange your design once within 3 days.
    • If you wish to exchange it again, it will be covered under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  2. Personalized/Customized Products:
    • Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized are not eligible for return under this policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.
  • Stickers and tags must remain intact.
  • If the product tag or packaging has been tampered with, the return will fall under our Buyback Policy instead.

Refund Process

Refunds under the 3-Day Return Policy are processed within 10 business days after the product passes a quality check.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
  • For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).

How to Return a Product to NiZi

  1. Initiate Return:
    • Place a return request via your account on our website or email us at support@nizi.in within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Reverse Pickup Details:
    • NiZi will share reverse pickup instructions and logistics details.
  3. Packaging:
    • Pack the jewellery in its original packaging material, including the product certificate and invoice.
    • Missing certificates, in case of gold Jewellery, will result in an additional charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher).
  4. Handover the Package:
    • Hand over the package to the logistics executive and collect an acknowledgment (paper receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
  5. Quality Check:
    • Once the product is received, NiZi will conduct a quality inspection to ensure it is free of damage or wear. If the product passes the inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Any product showing signs of wear, alterations, resizing (by anyone other than NiZi), or damage will not qualify for the 3-Day Return Policy.
  • For products purchased through EMI, a 1% deduction of the Grand Total Amount will be applied during the refund of the initial installment.

Alternative Return Options

  • For customers unable to visit our stores, NiZi will arrange a reverse pickup.
