Custom Jewellery Policy

1. Introduction

This Master Policy applies exclusively to Custom Jewellery by NiZi.
Every piece of Custom Jewellery is individually designed, crafted, and created for a specific person and a specific purpose. These terms override general NiZi policies wherever differences exist.

NiZi reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting at www.nizi.in

2. Nature of Custom Jewellery

Custom Jewellery by NiZi is specially made-to-order, involving:

4 days for creating the diamond

5 days for jewellery making

2 days for certification

2–3 days for secure delivery

Because each piece is uniquely designed and handcrafted for a specific individual, specific design, and specific occasion, it cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed.

This forms the basis of all restrictions in the sections below.

 

3. Order Timelines

Total time required to create and deliver Custom Jewellery: Approximately 15 days from the date of order.

This covers production, certification, and shipping.

 

4. Shipping Policy (Custom Jewellery)

Shipping for Custom Jewellery follows the same standards as all NiZi orders:

Free Shipping & Insurance: All orders ship free and are fully insured across India.

Delivery Timeline: Delivered in 2–3 days after production and certification are complete.
(Total order-to-delivery time remains approx. 15 days.)

Trusted Logistics Partners: NiZi dispatches all orders through reliable shipping partners.

Inspection at Delivery: Customers must check packages for tampering/damage before signing.

 

5. Cancellation Policy (Custom Jewellery)
No Cancellations Under Any Circumstances

Once a Custom Jewellery order is placed and payment is completed, cancellations are not allowed.

Reasoning:

Every Custom Jewellery piece is uniquely designed and crafted only for the customer who ordered it.
Since it cannot be used or sold to anyone else, cancellation is not possible at any stage.

 

6. Return & Refund Policy (Custom Jewellery)
No Returns & No Refunds

NiZi does not accept returns or offer refunds for Custom Jewellery.

Reasoning:

Custom Jewellery is carefully handcrafted for one specific individual and one specific occasion, making it impossible to return to inventory or resell.
Therefore, all orders are final and non-returnable.

 

7. Buy-Back & Exchange Policy (Custom Jewellery)
No Buy-Back

NiZi does not offer buy-back for Custom Jewellery.

No Exchange

NiZi does not offer exchange for Custom Jewellery.

Reasoning (to be shown transparently to customers):

Each Custom Jewellery piece is

custom designed,

custom manufactured,

custom certified, and

custom finished

for a single person and a single occasion.
Since these pieces cannot be reused, modified for resale, or adapted for another customer, buy-back and exchange are not possible.

 

8. Manufacturing Defects & Repairs
What NiZi Covers

Any manufacturing defects identified upon delivery

Repairs required due to workmanship issues

These will be fixed free of cost, after inspection.

What NiZi Does Not Cover

Damage caused by mishandling, wear & tear, or third-party repairs

Requests for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation for any reason

 

9. Packaging

Custom Jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

Delivered in an exclusive NiZi box with all required certification.

Complimentary gift packaging is available on request.

 

10. Policy Updates

NiZi may update this policy at any time.
All updates take effect immediately upon publication at www.nizi.in
